These Terms of Use explain the rules for using WrightsMind. They are written in plain English and are not a substitute for legal advice. Continued use of the site means you accept these terms.
Operator and site purpose
This website is operated by Chris Wright Enterprises, LLC, a Pennsylvania business, under the WrightsMind brand. WrightsMind features articles, guides, creative projects, games, music links, downloadable resources, community features, member tools, online security resources, native OSINT/security lookup tools, and optional support/donation options.
Accounts and email verification
Some features may require registration, login, and email verification. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not create an account using false information, someone else’s identity, disposable email abuse, or automated registration. WrightsMind may limit, suspend, or remove access for abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms.
Community and member behavior
Community areas, profiles, activity feeds, comments, and reviews are intended for respectful, constructive participation. You agree not to harass others, post hate speech, share private personal information, spam, impersonate people, upload malicious content, encourage illegal activity, or use the community for harmful cyber activity. The Community Guidelines provide more detail and are part of these terms.
User-generated content
You keep ownership of content you submit, such as comments, guide reviews, profile text, or community posts. By submitting content, you give WrightsMind permission to host, display, reproduce, moderate, excerpt, remove, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate the site and related community features. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it.
Downloadable guides and resources
Guides, PDFs, checklists, articles, and other resources are provided for personal learning and informational use unless a page says otherwise. Do not resell, republish, scrape, or redistribute resources as your own work. You may link to public pages on WrightsMind in a fair and reasonable way.
Donations
Donations are optional and processed by PayPal. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or separately agreed in writing. A donation does not create a client relationship, consulting relationship, guaranteed service obligation, endorsement, or special access unless specifically stated.
OSINT and security tool acceptable use
Security articles, OSINT links, native lookup tools, checklists, and consulting/service descriptions are for lawful, ethical, defensive, educational, and personal security purposes only. You may use them for systems, accounts, domains, data, or situations you own, administer, have permission to review, or are otherwise legally authorized to check.
You agree not to use WrightsMind, native tools, linked tools, or information from the site for stalking, harassment, doxxing, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized probing, bypassing security, attacking systems, scraping unlawfully, invading privacy, evading platform rules, or abusing people, accounts, organizations, networks, or services.
These tools do not create permission to investigate private individuals, contact people, probe systems, access accounts, collect private data, or act outside the law. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, contracts, platform rules, and permissions that apply to your situation.
Third-party data may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or interpreted incorrectly. Results are signals, not guarantees of security, attribution, location accuracy, identity, ownership, or threat determination. Consult qualified legal, cybersecurity, forensic, incident-response, or other professionals when the situation requires it.
Member Breach Lookup
Breach Lookup is a member-only personal security awareness tool that uses DeHashed as the third-party breach lookup provider. You may use it only to check your own information, information for accounts/domains you own or administer, or information you are clearly authorized to review.
You agree not to use Breach Lookup as a people-search service or to harass, stalk, profile, scrape, dox, target, investigate, or misuse information about others. Bulk searches, automation, scraping, resale, raw data extraction, and attempts to bypass rate limits, hCaptcha, redaction, or access controls are prohibited.
Breach Lookup results are intentionally redacted and limited. Passwords, secrets, API keys, SSNs, and similar highly sensitive values should never be displayed in full. The tool may log hashed queries, redacted previews, result counts, user IDs, IP addresses, browser details, hCaptcha results, and abuse flags for safety, compliance, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, historical, or unavailable. Use results as awareness signals only, then take defensive steps such as changing passwords, enabling MFA, reviewing recovery settings, and monitoring suspicious activity.
Security tool acknowledgement, logging, and abuse prevention
Before using native OSINT/security tools, visitors must accept the acceptable-use acknowledgement. WrightsMind may use cookies/session storage to remember that acknowledgement for a limited period, such as 24 hours.
Native OSINT/security tool usage may be logged for abuse prevention, safety, compliance, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. Logs may include timestamp, tool used, query type/value where appropriate, IP address, browser details, referrer, logged-in user ID if applicable, hCaptcha result if applicable, VPN/proxy/Tor or anonymizing-service signals if detected, acknowledgement timing, and result status. Password strength checks are local-only and should not be logged.
Abuse may result in account restriction, removal of access, IP blocking, preservation of relevant logs, reporting to service providers or authorities where legally appropriate, or other reasonable protective action.
Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chris Wright Enterprises, LLC, WrightsMind, and their owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, harmful cyber activity, or misuse of OSINT/security tools or information.
No professional advice
WrightsMind content is educational and informational. It is not legal, financial, medical, mental health, forensic, incident-response, or guaranteed cybersecurity advice. Reading content, downloading a guide, joining the community, submitting a form, using a tool, or making a donation does not create a professional relationship.
External links, media, and tools
The site may link to or embed third-party websites, videos, music platforms, security tools, payment pages, social platforms, and other resources. External sites are controlled by their own operators. WrightsMind is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, availability, or security.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, WrightsMind text, branding, design, original images, guides, project descriptions, and site materials are owned by Chris Wright Enterprises, LLC, WrightsMind, Chris, or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or misrepresent WrightsMind materials as your own. Third-party names, logos, platforms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Affiliate, sponsorship, and advertising disclosures
If WrightsMind uses affiliate links, sponsored posts, paid placements, gifted products, or advertising relationships in the future, the goal is to disclose those relationships clearly near the relevant content. A general disclosure page is not a replacement for a clear disclosure where a reasonable reader would need it.
Moderation and termination
WrightsMind may edit, hide, remove, or decline content; restrict downloads; disable accounts; remove profiles; block access; preserve relevant records; or take other reasonable action to protect users, site integrity, legal rights, or community safety. Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice when needed.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” WrightsMind does not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chris Wright Enterprises, LLC, WrightsMind, Chris, and related contributors or service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of the site, resources, community, external links, downloads, tools, donations, or embedded media.
